Ingredients

AP flour baking powder salt butter and/or oil sugar egg sour cream vanilla extract milk

STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F and prep three pans in either 4, 6, 8, or 10 inches.

STEP 2: Whisk together flour, baking powder & salt. Beat butter/oil & sugar in a separate bowl. Add egg & beat. Add sour cream & vanilla extract & beat.

STEP 3: Add half the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix on low & pour in milk & the rest of the dry ingredients. Bake & allow the cakes to cool before frosting.
