Ingredients
- 160 grams peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 90 grams rolled oats
- 30 grams chocolate protein powder, spooned and leveled
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 170 grams dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- pinch of sea salt flakes
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl EXCEPT the dark chocolate, coconut oil, and sea salt and mix until everything is fully combined (it is easier with an electric mixer).160 grams peanut butter, 1 tsp vanilla, 90 grams rolled oats, 30 grams chocolate protein powder spooned and leveled, 2 Tbsp chia seeds, 1 tsp cinnamon
- Use a small ice cream scooper (or a tablespoon) to get evenly sized balls. Roll and refrigerate them for 30-60 minutes.
- Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together and dunk each ball in the chocolate mixture.170 grams dark chocolate, 1 tsp coconut oil
- Top them with sea salt while the chocolate is still wet. Refrigerate them for a few minutes until the chocolate hardens.pinch of sea salt flakes
