Ingredients
- 2 cups (80g) fruity pebbles, I like the one with marshmallows in it
- 2 cups (22oz) heavy whipping cream, cold
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract
- pinch of salt
Method
- In a large bowl, or the bowl of stand mixer, combine the fruity pebbles with the heavy whipping cream, cover it and refrigerate it until they're soggy, about 20 minutes.2 cups (80g) fruity pebbles I like the one with marshmallows in it, 2 cups (22oz) heavy whipping cream cold
- Use an electric mixer with the whisk attachment to beat the heavy whipping cream just until it forms stiff peaks.
- Add in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and salt into the whipped cream and beat just until they're fully combined.14 oz can sweetened condensed milk, 2 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract, pinch of salt
- Cover with a lid or spread the ice cream in a container with a lid and freeze for at least 8 hours.
