Ingredients
- 1 tsp espresso powder
- 1 Tbsp hot water
- 2 cup (480mL) heavy cream
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 6 oreos, chopped
Method
- Begin with making the shot of espresso so it has time to cool. If using the powder, heat up the water and mix it with the espresso powder.1 tsp espresso powder, 1 Tbsp hot water
- Using an electric mixer or stand mixer, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Separate the mixture in half into two separate bowls. Fold cocoa powder into one and fold the espresso into the other one. - Alternate pouring the chocolate and coffee ice cream into a pan. Take a knife and drag it through a few times vertically and horizontally to create a nice swirl. Freeze for a few hours, best if overnight. Eat like no one is watching!
