Ingredients
- 480 mL heavy cream, cold
- 227 grams cream cheese
- 396 grams sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 180-240 grams (180-240g) caramel, or caramelized white chocolate
- 4-5 sheets graham crackers
Method
- In a large bowl use an electric mixer to beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.480 mL heavy cream cold
- In a medium bowl, use the electric mixer to beat the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla until smooth.227 grams cream cheese, 396 grams sweetened condensed milk, 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- Beat the two mixtures together just until they are fully combined.
