Ingredients
- 2 batches of brownies
- 1 2qt batch of homemade or store bought ice cream
Method
- Make two batches of my perfect fudge brownies and bake them in a lined and greased 9x13" pan for 25-30 minutes.2 batches of brownies
- If you only have one pan, make the first one, let it cool completely to room temperature and then remove it. Bake the second batch of brownies, let them cool in the pan and then freeze the brownies in the pan.
- Make one batch of my s'mores brownie ice cream but skip adding the brownies to the ice cream.1 2qt batch of homemade or store bought ice cream
- Remove the brownies from the freezer, take out the top one and set it aside.
- While the ice cream is still soft, spread the ice cream on top of the brownie in the pan. Freeze the pan for 1-2 hours and then gently place the second layer of brownie on top of the ice cream. Cover the pan and freeze it overnight.
- Remove the ice cream sandwhich from the freezer and slice into 15 pieces (you can probably get 24 slices but it's more difficult the smaller they are).
