The layers

Fluffy cake layers made with crushed graham crackers, a tiny pinch of cinnamon and buttermilk.  Creamy chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream made with chocolate and cocoa powder. Homemade marshmallow fluff and chocolate ganache swirls.

For the cake layers, cream together the butter & sugars, then add the oil & eggs, followed by the buttermilk & dry ingredients.

For the decoration, frost with chocolate buttercream & then dab globs of chocolate ganache & marshmallow fluff on top. Use an offset spatula to spread it out & keep it rustic.
