Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup (2oz) maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, spooned and leveled
- 2 cups (16oz) vitamin D milk
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 banana
- chocolate shavings
Method
- Combine the chia seeds, maple syrup and cocoa powder in a medium bowl.1/2 cup chia seeds, 1/4 cup (2oz) maple syrup, 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder spooned and leveled
- Add the milk and whisk until everything is combined.2 cups (16oz) vitamin D milk
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
