STEP 1 CHOCOLATE CAKE: Preheat oven to 325F & prep four 6 inch round pans. Whisk flour, sugar, cocoa powders, baking powder & salt. In a separate bowl, whisk oil, eggs, coffee & milk.

STEP 2 CHOCOLATE CAKE: Sift dry ingredients over the wet ingredients & whisk together. Distribute batter evenly among the four pans & bake for 35 minutes & allow to cool.

STEP 3 VANILLA CAKE: Prep a 6 inch round pan. Whisk flour, baking powder & salt. In a separate bowl whisk oil & sugar. Whisk in egg whites. Add sour cream & vanilla extract & whisk.

STEP 4 VANILLA CAKE: Add half the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mix on low & pour in the cream & the rest of the dry ingredients. Bake for 35 minutes, then slice in half to get 2 layers after cake has cooled.

STEP 5 GANACHES: Heat the cream & pour 2 cups over the dark chocolate and 1 cup over the white chocolate. Mix, allow to cool to room temperature & beat until they become fluffy.

STEP 6 ASSEMBLE: Assemble the cake (from bottom to top) in the following order: Chocolate Cake White Chocolate Ganache White Cake Dark Chocolate Ganache Chocolate Cake White Chocolate Ganache Chocolate Cake Dark Chocolate Ganache White Cake White Chocolate Ganache Chocolate Cake

STEP 7 FROSTING: Use the leftover ganaches to frost the outside of the cake however you like.
