This strawberry cupcake recipe is made using my best vanilla cupcakes filled with a creamy strawberry filling and frosted with strawberry cream cheese frosting!

STEP 1: Place diced strawberries onto paper towel to dry out, preheat the oven to 350F & line a muffin pan. Whisk cake flour, baking powder, salt & sugar.

STEP 2: Add the butter & oil & beat together. Add egg whites & vanilla extract & mix. Then add milk & sour cream & mix.

STEP 3: Bake for 17 minutes & let them cool. Then cut a whole out the center.

STEP 4: Cream butter, cream cheese & vanilla for 1-2 minutes. Add powdered sugar & salt & mix. Set 1/4 of the frosting aside. Mix in strawberry jam to the rest of the frosting and refrigerate.

STEP 5: Fold the reserved frosting with the diced strawberries. Fill the cupcakes & frost them. Top with extra strawberries or clear sprinkles.
