STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 350F and prep an 8 inch square pan. Whisk together flour, cocoa powder & salt & set aside.

STEP 2: Microwave the milk chocolate chips & butter & mix together. Add the sugar & whisk, then add egg & vanilla & mix.

STEP 3: Fold the dry ingredients in the batter. Bake for 18-20 minutes & allow to cool.

STEP 4: Heat the heavy cream, pour over the dark chocolate chips & stir. Spread on top of the cooled brownies and top with sprinkles.
