Ingredients

STEP 1:
Mix room temperature cream cheese, sugar, cornstarch, salt and vanilla at low speed. Then add eggs one at a time until fully mixed.

Stream in the heavy whipping cream and mix until smooth. Pour the mixture into a prepared pan and tap the pan on the counter.

STEP 3:
Bake for 45 minutes at 400F. The cheesecake should be a light to medium brown color, puffed around the edges and jiggly in the center.

Allow the cheesecake to cool in the pan for at least 2 hours at room temperature and then refrigerate for another 6 hours before serving.
