San Sebastian Cheesecake is a super easy and no fuss cheesecake recipe known for its unorthodox charred top, no crust and custard-like center.

cream cheese granulated sugar cornstarch fine sea salt vanilla extract eggs heavy whipping cream

Ingredients

STEP 1: Mix room temperature cream cheese, sugar, cornstarch, salt and vanilla at low speed.  Then add eggs one at a time until fully mixed.

STEP 2: Stream in the heavy whipping cream and mix until smooth. Pour the mixture into a prepared pan and tap the pan on the counter.

STEP 3: Bake for 45 minutes at 400F. The cheesecake should be a light to medium brown color, puffed around the edges and jiggly in the center.

STEP 4: Allow the cheesecake to cool in the pan for at least 2 hours at room temperature and then refrigerate for another 6 hours before serving.
