brown sugar AP flour cinnamon

AP flour baking powder salt unsalted butter granulated sugar eggs greek yogurt vanilla extract vanilla ice cream
POUND CAKE

STEP 1:
Slice peaches & toss with melted butter, brown sugar & cinnamon. Spread in pan & set aside.

Combine brown sugar, flour & cinnamon. Set aside.

STEP 3:
Whisk flour, granulated sugar, baking powder & salt. Add butter & beat, then add eggs & beat.

Add Greek Yogurt & vanilla & beat until combined. Spread half of batter over peach topping.

Sprinkle brown sugar mixture on top & top with the rest of the batter.

Bake at 350F for 55-60 minutes. Allow the cake to cool in the pan, then flip over onto a plate. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
