Peach cobbler pound cake is a gorgeous velvety pound cake baked on top of a peach cobbler mixture & topped with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

PEACH TOPPING

Cinnamon Swirl

brown sugar AP flour cinnamon

AP flour baking powder salt unsalted butter granulated sugar eggs greek yogurt vanilla extract vanilla ice cream

POUND CAKE

STEP 1: Slice peaches & toss with melted butter, brown sugar & cinnamon. Spread in pan & set aside.

STEP 2: Combine brown sugar, flour & cinnamon. Set aside.

STEP 3: Whisk flour, granulated sugar, baking powder & salt. Add butter & beat, then add eggs & beat.

STEP 4: Add Greek Yogurt & vanilla & beat until combined. Spread half of batter over peach topping.

STEP 5: Sprinkle brown sugar mixture on top & top with the rest of the batter.

STEP 6: Bake at 350F for 55-60 minutes. Allow the cake to cool in the pan, then flip over onto a plate. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
