Mini cupcakes are a cuter way to eat a classic cupcake and just as quick and easy to bake.

unsalted butter powdered sugar vanilla extract heavy cream


STEP 1: Whisk together cake flour, baking powder, salt & sugar. Add melted butter & whisk.

STEP 2: Add egg white & vanilla extract & mix. Add milk & sour cream & mix.

STEP 3: Fill cupcake liner about 3/4 full. Bake for 10-12 minutes on 350F. Remove & allow to cool completely before frosting.

STEP 4: Beat the butter for the buttercream for about 5 minutes. Add powdered sugar & vanilla & beat. Add heavy cream & beat.

STEP 5: Pipe buttercream onto cooled cupcakes & decorate.
