STEP 2:
Whisk eggs with pumpkin puree, then add salt & spices & whisk together. Add sweetened condensed milk & mix until smooth, then pour mixture over pie crust.
STEP 3:
Beat egg white & brush onto pie crust. Bake at 350F on the bottom rack for 45 minutes, remove & let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate it until it’s cold.
STEP 4:
Whisk egg whites & sugar over a double boiler until the sugar granules are dissolved. Remove & beat mixture on high speed, until stiff peaks form.
