Homemade fudge is made with a basic white chocolate fudge & sprinkled with vanilla crumbs & customized with different color sprinkles for the holidays!

white chocolate sweetened condensed milk butter salt vanilla crumbs holiday sprinkles
FUDGE

STEP 1:
Combine all ingredients for crumbs & mix until small clusters form. Spread crumbs on cookie sheet & bake for 10 minutes at 350F.

STEP 2:
Remove from oven, break up the large chunks & return to oven for 5 min. Remove & allow to cool completely, then break them into crumbs.

STEP 3:
For fudge, heat the white chocolate with the sweetened condensed milk, butter & salt using a double boiler.

STEP 4:
Once mixture is completely smooth, fold in half of the crumbs and spread the mixture in a prepared 8x8” pan.

STEP 5:
Top the fudge with the rest of the crumbs and a few more sprinkles. Refrigerate the fudge for a few hours before slicing.
