These homemade cinnamon rolls are super fluffy, made with brioche dough, rolled with brown sugar and cinnamon and frosted with cream cheese frosting;

Ingredients

unsalted butter light brown sugar cinnamon
Filling
icing
cream cheese unsalted butter powdered sugar salt milk vanilla bean paste

STEP 1:
Activate yeast (if using AD yeast). Combine all the wet ingredients with the sugar and then add the dry ingredients. Knead for 5-10 minutes.

STEP 2:
Once the dough pulls itself away from the edge let it rest on a floured surface for 10 min. Grease a 9"x13" pan & roll it into a 12”x16” rectangle.

STEP 3:
Spread butter onto dough & sprinkle brown sugar on top. Sprinkle cinnamon & starting at the short edge of the dough, roll it into a log.

STEP 4:
Slice into 12 large rolls, place them in the pan, cover with plastic wrap, & let them rest in a warm environment for 45 min.

Bake at 350F for about 25 min. Remove from the oven & set aside to cool.

For the icing, cream the cream cheese & butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar & salt & beat until sugar is mixed in.

Add milk & vanilla & mix. Spread the frosting over the warm rolls and serve immediately.
