Athens Phyllo Dough unsalted butter cornstarch sweetened condensed milk light brown sugar molasses vanilla extract salt ginger cinnamon nutmeg cloves allspice eggs whipped cream
Ingredients

STEP 1:
Using 1/4 cup of melted butter, spread onto each layer of Athens Phyllo Dough before stacking them, alternating the long side, in a 9” greased pie pan.

STEP 2:
For the filling, mix 1/2 cup butter & cornstarch. Add sweetened condensed milk, sugar, molasses, vanilla, salt, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves & allspice & whisk.

STEP 3:
Add eggs & beat. Pour mixture over the Athens Phyllo Dough sheets & bake at 350F for 45 min.

Let the pie cool for an hour at room temp, then refrigerate for four hours. Top with whipped cream & a pinch of cinnamon before serving.
