sweetened condensed milk cream cheese

STEP 1:
Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger & cloves & set aside. Beat butter & sugars until fluffy. Add oil & molasses & beat until combined. Beat in the eggs.

STEP 2:
Alternate adding milk & dry ingredients into batter, mixing just until combined. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.

STEP 3:
For streusel, place brown sugar, flour & cinnamon in a food processor & mix until evenly distributed.

Add cubed butter & mix until it forms pea size clumps. Spread evenly over the batter in the loaf pan.

Bake at 325F for 75 minutes and allow it to cool in the pan for 30 minutes.
