Moist ginger loaf cake with cinnamon streusel and the best cream cheese glaze!

STEP 1: Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger & cloves & set aside. Beat butter & sugars until fluffy. Add oil & molasses & beat until combined. Beat in the eggs.

STEP 2: Alternate adding milk & dry ingredients into batter, mixing just until combined. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.

STEP 3: For streusel, place brown sugar, flour & cinnamon in a food processor & mix until evenly distributed.

STEP 4: Add cubed butter & mix until it forms pea size clumps. Spread evenly over the batter in the loaf pan.

STEP 5: Bake at 325F for 75 minutes and allow it to cool in the pan for 30 minutes.

STEP 6: Mix together the sweetened condensed milk with the cream cheese and drizzle over the cooled loaf before serving.
