For the buttercream, whisk the flour, granulated sugar and cereal milk. Heat until it thickens and allow it to cool and set aside.

For the cake, whisk the flour, baking powder and salt. Beat the butter, granulated sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, strawberry and lemon extracts.

Mix together the dry ingredients, wet ingredients, milk and soaked fruity pebbles. Distribute the batter in the pans, bake, and cool.

To finish the frosting, beat 1 cup of butter, the cooled mixture and vanilla extract.

Frost the first two layers of the cake, top with crushed fruity pebbles. Place the third layer on top and refrigerate.

Frost the outside of the cake, leave a rough border at the top and fill it with fruity pebbles. Refrigerate.

For the glaze, whisk cereal milk with the powdered sugar, vanilla, strawberry and lemon extracts. Drizzle glaze on top of the cake.
