Ferrero Rocher cake is a fluffy chocolate cake filled with a hazelnut praline chocolate ganache, frosted with Nutella buttercream & topped with Ferrero Rocher chocolates.
STEP 1:
Cream the butter & sugar, add the oil, then eggs, vanilla & sour cream. Alternate adding the dry and wet ingredients.
Bake the chocolate cake layers.
STEP 2:
Make the praline: Cook caramel, pour it over ground hazelnuts, cool and then grind in food processor. Heat cream with chocolate, fold in praline.
