Ferrero Rocher cake is a fluffy chocolate cake filled with a hazelnut praline chocolate ganache, frosted with Nutella buttercream & topped with Ferrero Rocher chocolates.

Cream the butter & sugar, add the oil, then eggs, vanilla & sour cream. Alternate adding the dry and wet ingredients. Bake the chocolate cake layers.
Make the praline: Cook caramel, pour it over ground hazelnuts, cool and then grind in food processor. Heat cream with chocolate, fold in praline.
Beat butter until it's pale and fluffy. Add Nutella, cocoa powder and vanilla and beat until smooth.
Spread a thin layer of Nutella buttercream over the cake. Pipe a border of buttercream around the edge of the cake.
Fill in the border with the cooled hazelnut praline chocolate ganache filling. Refrigerate the cake for 20 minutes.
Repeat with the next two layers and then decorate as desired!
