STEP 1:
Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder & salt until combined. Set aside.

Whisk butter, brown sugar & granulated sugar until they're smooth. Add in egg & egg yolk & whisk until combined.

Fold dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, then fold in the chocolate chips.

Scoop out 18 small rounds of dough & bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Top with a pinch of sea salt & allow them to cool.
