unsalted butter cream cheese vanilla bean paste salt powdered sugar
Ingredients

STEP 1:
With an electric mixer and paddle attachment, beat butter, cream cheese & vanilla on medium-high speed for 1-2 minutes.

Add salt & powdered sugar to the mixture & mix on low speed, just until combined.

STEP 3:
Scrape the edge of the bowl and turn the mixer to medium-high speed & beat for 5 minutes, until all of the sugar is fully dissolved.

If it’s too soft to frost, refrigerate for 15 minutes, remove from the fridge, give it a good mix & refrigerate for another 15 minutes. Frost your cake & enjoy!
