Banana Bread


My go to classic banana bread recipe takes 15 minutes to prep, is easily customizable, and is perfectly moist and fluffy without being too gummy!


Bananas Eggs Sugar Vegetable Oil Greek Yogurt (or Sour Cream) All-Purpose Flour Baking Powder Cinnamon  Salt

Start by mashing the bananas until they're almost pureed, you want no large chunks.

In a large bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, vegetable oil and greek yogurt.

Whisk them together until they're completely smooth and then add in the mashed bananas and whisk until it's combined.

Add in the dry ingredients and whisk them together just until the last streak of flour is combined.

Spread into a greased and lined 9x5" loaf pan, top with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar bake for about 55 minutes.

Allow it cool for at least half and hour before removing from the pan and cutting to it.
