STEP 1:
Place white chocolate on a baking sheet. Bake at 240F for 10 minutes & remove. Scrape off the white chocolate with a spatula & re-spread it on the pan.
STEP 3:
Pour heavy cream in a small pot and bring to a gently simmer. Turn the heat off, add the caramelized white chocolate & stir until it is fully combined & smooth.
STEP 4:
Pour ganache into a jar or container and use it in place of caramel, white chocolate ganache, dark chocolate ganache or just drizzle it on EVERYTHING!
