Step-by-step instructions and photos on how to make caramelized white chocolate ganache. Use it in place of chocolate, jam, or anything to add a new flavor to your sweets!

STEP 1: Place white chocolate on a baking sheet. Bake at 240F for 10 minutes & remove. Scrape off the white chocolate with a spatula & re-spread it on the pan.

STEP 2: Bake again for 10 minutes, scrape, & re-spread. Repeat 6-7 times until it turns into a caramel color & it is smooth & pours nicely.

STEP 3: Pour heavy cream in a small pot and bring to a gently simmer. Turn the heat off, add the caramelized white chocolate & stir until it is fully combined & smooth.

STEP 4: Pour ganache into a jar or container and use it in place of caramel, white chocolate ganache, dark chocolate ganache or just drizzle it on EVERYTHING!

STEP 5: Store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a month and just reheat it when you want to use it.
