These biscoff brownies are  fudge-y brownies sitting on top of biscoff cookies and with globs of Biscoff cookie butter swirled throughout.

STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 325F. Line a square pan with cooking spray, parchment paper and a layer of biscoff cookies on the bottom.

STEP 2: Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan and set aside. In another bowl whisk eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla.

STEP 3: Pour butter and chocolate mix over eggs and sugar while whisking. Add flour, cocoa powder, ground biscoff cookies and salt. Fold together.

STEP 4: Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Place quarter sized globs of cookie butter on top and use a knife to swirl into the batter.

STEP 5: Bake for 45 minutes. Remove and allow to cool for 1 hour, until they can be sliced without falling apart.
