Baked, healthier banana donut dipped in chocolate ganache and topped with sprinkles & cinnamon sugar!

STEP 1: Mash bananas & mix with sugar & Greek yogurt. Add melted butter, eggs & vanilla. Mix until well incorporated.

STEP 2: Add flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt to the batter & mix until just incorporated. Fold in chocolate chips.

STEP 3: Pipe the batter into a doughnut pan. Bake at 325F for 12 minutes & allow to cool before eating.

STEP 4: Heat cream on stove & pour over chocolate. Let it melt & then mix until smooth. Dip one side of doughnut into chocolate. Top with sprinkles or cinnamon sugar.
