STEP 1:
Reduce the apple cider by placing it in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Allow it to simmer until it is reduced to a 1/2 cup, then remove & allow it to cool.
STEP 2:
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon & nutmeg. Set aside. Whisk reduced apple cider, melted butter, brown sugar, eggs & apple butter until well combined.
