STEP 1: Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt. Set aside. Whisk melted butter & sugar until well combined.

STEP 2: Add one egg to butter mixture & whisk until well combined. Repeat with next two eggs, one at a time.

STEP 3: Whisk in Greek Yogurt & vanilla extract. Add heavy cream & whisk until completely smooth. Add dry ingredients & mix until last streak of flour is incorporated.

STEP 4: Cover with plastic wrap & set aside at room temperature for 2 hrs. Preheat the oven to 425F & line 12 muffin tins.

STEP 5: Fill muffins tins to the top & sprinkle each muffin with 1-2 tsp of granulated sugar.

STEP 6: Bake for 5 min, reduce the oven temp to 375F & bake for 8 min. Remove from the oven & allow to cool 20 min before serving.
