Ingredients

STEP 1:
Add light brown sugar to melted butter & whisk. Add egg & vanilla & whisk until smooth.

STEP 2:
Add flour, graham cracker crumbs & baking powder & fold. Fold in marshmallows and chocolate.

STEP 3:
Roll cookie dough into 8 small cookies & bake at 350F convection for 10 minutes. Remove & give the pan a quick tap on counter.

STEP 4:
Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt flakes and extra graham cracker crumbs and enjoy warm!
