S'mores Cinnamon Rolls are stuffed with milk chocolate ganache, brown sugar and graham crackers and then topped with a dreamy marshmallow cream cheese frosting!

Ingredients

dough

heavy cream milk chocolate light brown sugar graham crackers

Filling

icing

cream cheese heavy cream powdered sugar salt marshmallow fluff vanilla bean paste

STEP 1: Warm up the milk, add yeast & half the sugar & let sit until it foams. Once it foams add the olive oil.

STEP 2: Place flour, salt & rest of the sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer. With mixer on low add eggs & slowly pour in milk mixture & vanilla.

STEP 3: Once dough is done, place in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap & allow it to proof in a warm environment.

STEP 4: For filling, heat cream & pour it over chocolate chips & let it sit for 1 minute. Stir until smooth.

STEP 5: Roll out dough over a lightly floured surface. Spread chocolate over the dough, top with brown sugar & crushed graham crackers.

STEP 6: Roll dough into a log, slice in 12 rolls, place in pan 1-inch apart, cover & allow it to proof. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.

STEP 7: For frosting, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add heavy cream & beat until fluffy. Add powdered sugar & salt & beat until dissolved.

STEP 8: Beat in marshmallow fluff & vanilla until combined. Pour frosting over warm rolls & top with extra graham crackers.
