Three easy smash cake recipes with no refined sugars. Flavors include chocolate, strawberry and banana.

Ingredients

AP flour unsweetened cocoa powder baking powder salt applesauce, banana or pumpkin maple syrup egg Greek Yogurt

cream cheese maple syrup unsweetened cocoa powder

STEP 1: Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt & set aside. Whisk applesauce, maple syrup, egg, & yogurt.

STEP 2: Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients & fold. Distribute the batter into three 4 inch pans & bake on 350F for 18-20 minutes.

STEP 3: Cream the cream cheese. Add the maple syrup & cocoa powder & beat. Frost the layers & refrigerate for 30 minutes, then frost the outside

AP flour freeze dried strawberries baking powder baking soda salt orange juice or lemon juice maple syrup applesauce egg Greek Yogurt vanilla extract strawberries

STEP 1: Whisk flour, freeze dried strawberries, baking powder, baking soda, salt & set aside. Whisk  juice, apple sauce, maple syrup, egg, yogurt & vanilla.

STEP 2: Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients & fold. Fold in the strawberries. Pour the batter into three 4 inch pans & bake on 350F for 18-20 minutes.
