These pumpkin banana muffins are perfectly moist and fluffy. They are the best  balance of pumpkin and banana and all the fall spices.

mashed banana olive oil light brown sugar egg pumpkin puree AP flour baking powder baking soda fine sea salt cinnamon

STEP 1: For the muffins, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pumpkin spices in a bowl and set it aside.

STEP 2: In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth. Add sugar and oil. Whisk until they’re combined. Add eggs and whisk until it has lightened in color.

STEP 3: Add in the pumpkin puree and whisk until smooth. Add in the dry ingredients and mix. Cover and set aside for 1 hour.

STEP 4: Fill a prepared muffin tin and bake for 5 min at 425F. Then reduce to 375F for 13 min until fully baked. Remove and allow to cool.

STEP 5: For the brown sugar glaze, combine all the ingredients over heat and whisk until smooth. Drizzle on top of the cooled muffins.
