Pumpkin Banana Bread is made with browned bananas and pumpkin puree. It's a moist and fluffy, good balance of pumpkin and banana and all the fall spices.

STEP 1: For the pumpkin bread with banana, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices. Set aside.

STEP 2: Mash bananas until smooth. Add sugar and oil and whisk. Add 1 egg and whisk until well combined. Repeat with the second egg.

STEP 3: Add in the pumpkin puree and whisk until smooth. Add in the dry ingredients and mix just until the last streak of flour is incorporated.

STEP 4: Grease a loaf pan with baking spray and bake for 60 minutes at 350F. Remove from the oven and cool. Add dusted powdered sugar to serve.
