STEP 1:
For the nutella muffins, whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar.

Add in 1 egg and whisk until fully combined. Repeat with the next 2 eggs, one at a time. Add the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract and whisk.

Add the heavy whipping cream and whisk. Add in the dry ingredients and mix just until there are a few streaks of flour left.

STEP 4:
Add in the chopped hazelnuts and mix. Cover with a lid and set aside at room temperature for 1 hr. Then, fill a prepared muffin tin halfway.

STEP 5:
Microwave nutella for 15 seconds. Drizzle a little onto each muffin. Then top with another scoop of muffin batter and another nutella drizzle.

STEP 6:
Use a knife to swirl the nutella into the batter. Bake for 5 minutes at 425F. Then, reduce the temperature to 375F and bake for 13 min.

Remove the nutella muffins from the oven and allow them to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
