These Nutella muffins use the fluffiest and most tender vanilla muffins with tiny hazelnut bits and swirled with Nutella filling.

STEP 1: For the nutella muffins, whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar.

STEP 2: Add in 1 egg and whisk until fully combined. Repeat with the next 2 eggs, one at a time. Add the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract and whisk.

STEP 3: Add the heavy whipping cream and whisk. Add in the dry ingredients and mix just until there are a few streaks of flour left.

STEP 4: Add in the chopped hazelnuts and mix. Cover with a lid and set aside at room temperature for 1 hr.  Then, fill a prepared muffin tin halfway.

STEP 5: Microwave nutella for 15 seconds. Drizzle a little onto each muffin. Then top with another scoop of muffin batter and another nutella drizzle.

STEP 6: Use a knife to swirl the nutella into the batter. Bake for 5 minutes at 425F. Then, reduce the temperature to 375F and bake for 13 min.

STEP 7: Remove the nutella muffins from the oven and allow them to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
