Ingredients

LEMON CURD

granulated sugar lemon zest egg egg yolk freshly-squeezed lemon juice salted butter

STEP 1: For the lemon curd, whisk sugar, eggs, lemon juice & zest, butter and salt over med-low heat. Whisk until it thickens.

STEP 2: While it’s still hot, press the curd through a sieve into another bowl to cool at room temperature. Cover and store leftovers in the fridge.
