ESPRESSO BROWNIES

Super fudge-y espresso brownies made with dark chocolate and four shots of  fresh brewed espresso.  Have your coffee and eat it too!

sea salted butter semi-sweet chocolate chips espresso Eggs granulated sugar light brown sugar AP flour unsweetened cocoa powder sea salt dark chocolate

Ingredients

STEP 1: Melt butter and dark chocolate chips in a saucepan and mix. Add in espresso and mix. Set aside to cool.

STEP 2: In a bowl, whisk eggs, granulated sugar and brown sugar just until they’re combined. Pour in the butter, chocolate, espresso mixture.

STEP 3: Mix in flour, cocoa powder and salt. Fold in the chocolate chunks. Pour the batter into an 8-inch prepared pan and bake at 325F for 40 min.

STEP 4: Remove from the oven and bang them onto the counter. Top with chocolate chunks and sea salt. Allow to cool before slicing.
