These super quick and easy chocolate chip egg yolk cookies are crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside.

STEP 1: For egg yolk cookies, add light brown sugar to melted butter in a bowl and whisk together. Add egg yolks and whisk aggressively.

STEP 2: Add in flour, salt and baking powder and fold the dough until just a few streaks of flour are left. Fold in the chocolate.

STEP 3: Split the cookie dough into 8 small cookies onto two prepared cookie sheets. Bake one sheet on the middle rack at 350F for 11 min.

STEP 4: Remove from the oven and quickly  tap on the counter. Use a cup to round out the edges. Rest for 5 min. Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy.
