This homemade, no-churn cinnamon roll ice cream has a delicious cream cheese vanilla base with a swirled cinnamon roll filling .
salted butter brown sugar ground cinnamon
cream cheese sweetened condensed milk heavy whipping cream vanilla extract sea salt cinnamon sugar
For the filling, combine the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix together until combined.
For the ice cream, use a mixer to mix cream cheese and condensed milk in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
Add in heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract and salt. Beat until soft peaks form and it is light and fluffy.
Spread 1/3 of the ice cream into a deep pan. Spoon 1/3 of the filling on the ice cream.
Use a knife to go back and forth to create a swirl. Repeat with the next two layers. Cover and freeze for 8 hrs.
