This homemade, no-churn cinnamon roll ice cream has a delicious cream cheese vanilla base with a swirled cinnamon roll filling .

cream cheese sweetened condensed milk heavy whipping cream vanilla extract sea salt cinnamon sugar

STEP 1: For the filling, combine the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix together until combined.

STEP 2: For the ice cream, use a mixer to mix cream cheese and condensed milk in a bowl.  Mix until smooth.

STEP 3: Add in heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract and salt. Beat until soft peaks form and it is light and fluffy.

STEP 4: Spread 1/3 of the ice cream into a deep pan. Spoon 1/3 of the filling on the ice cream.

STEP 5: Use a knife to go back and forth to create a swirl. Repeat with the next two layers. Cover and freeze for 8 hrs.
