STEP 1:
Mix all streusel ingredients until it forms crumbs and set it aside. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.

Add eggs and beat until smooth. Add the milk and vanilla and beat. Fold in the flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder just until combined.

Fold in the diced apples and pour the mixture into a prepared 9 inch baking pan. Top with streusel and bake for 45 min at 350F.
