This chocolate marshmallow ice cream is a rich, fudge-y dark chocolate no-churn ice cream with marshmallow fluff and swirled chocolate ganache.

STEP 1: For the ganache, pour simmering heavy cream over another bowl of chocolate chips, let it rest and stir gently until it’s smooth.

STEP 2: For the ice cream, bloom cocoa powder with hot coffee. Stir until it's a paste. In a bowl, microwave chopped chocolate until melted

STEP 3: Whisk heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. While it is mixing, combine sweetened condensed milk and blooming coca and mix.

STEP 4: Add cocoa and milk mixture to the whipped cream and beat until combined. Add melted chocolate and beat until combined.

STEP 5: Spread half of the ice cream into a deep pan. Swirl chocolate ganache and melted marshmallow fluff on top. Repeat with the second half.

STEP 6: Use a knife to make the swirls. Cover and freeze for at least 8 hours before enjoying.
