Super fluffy bakery style chocolate chip muffins are super bouncy, stay moist for days and have a gorgeous crispy muffin top.

AP flour baking powder baking soda salt salted butter granulated sugar eggs greek yogurt heavy cream vanilla extract chocolate chips granulated sugar


STEP 1: Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt. Set aside. Whisk melted butter & sugar until well combined.

STEP 2: Add in one egg and whisk until well combined. Repeat with the next two eggs, whisking between each egg.

STEP 3: Whisk in yogurt & vanilla. Whisk in heavy cream. Add dry ingredients & mix. Fold in chocolate chips.

STEP 4: Cover & set aside to rest at room temp for 1-2 hrs. Fill 12 muffins tins to the top. Sprinkle each muffin with chocolate chips & sugar.

STEP 5: Bake at 425F for 5 minutes. Reduce temp to 375F & bake for 8 min. Remove from oven & allow to cool before serving.
