The fluffiest bakery-style buttermilk blueberry muffins made with buttermilk, studded with bursting blueberries and white chocolate chips and topped with a white sugar streusel!

Ingredients

STREUSEL

STEP 1: Whisk flour, baking powder & baking soda & set aside. Whisk sugar & melted butter. Add eggs & beat. Add buttermilk & vanilla & beat.

STEP 2: Add 3/4 of flour mixture to the wet ingredients & mix. Toss blueberries & white chocolate chips in remaining flour & fold into batter. Cover & allow batter to rest for 30 min.

STEP 3: Preheat the oven to 425F & prep a muffin tin. Combine the melted butter, flour & sugar for the streusel. Fill muffin tin with batter & top with streusel.

STEP 4: Bake for five minutes at 425F. Lower heat to 350F & bake for another 17 minutes.
