Biscoff ice cream is a quick and easy no-churn ice cream. We load it with cookie butter and biscoff cookie crumbs.

Ingredients

ICE CREAM

heavy whipping cream biscoff cookie butter sweetened condensed milk fine sea salt biscoff cookies

STEP 1: Whisk heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Mix in 2/3 of the cookie butter and salt. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix.

STEP 2: Spread half of the ice cream into a deep pan. Microwave the other 1/3 of the cookie butter for 10 seconds and drizzle over the ice cream.

STEP 3: Swirl the cookie butter with a knife and sprinkle half of the cookie crumbs on top.

STEP 4: Repeat the steps with the second half of the ice cream cookie butter and cookie crumbs.

STEP 5: Cover the pan and place it in the freezer for at least 8 hours or overnight.
