A quick and easy Biscoff Buttercream. It is absolutely delicious. I guarantee you will want to pair this with cake, cupcakes and more.

STEP 1: Place the sugar and water in a saucepan and swirl until the sugar is fully immersed in water. Heat until sugar dissolves and simmers.

STEP 2: Lower the heat, cover the pan and allow the mixture to simmer for a couple minutes.

STEP 3: Whisk egg yolks on high speed until sugar reaches 240F. Lower speed and slowly drizzle the hot sugar syrup and continue whipping.

STEP 4: Whip until the yolk mixture is very pale and fluffy. Add 2 Tbsp of butter at a time until smooth and creamy.

STEP 5: Add in the vanilla, salt and cookie butter and turn the mixer up to high speed for 1-2 minutes.
