Super easy and quick to make banana chocolate chip muffins made with dark chocolate chunks!

bananas sour cream milk AP flour baking powder baking soda cinnamon salt granulated sugar light brown sugar vegetable oil eggs dark chocolate chunks


STEP 1: Mash bananas together with sour cream & milk & set aside. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon & salt & set aside.

STEP 2: Beat the sugars with oil. Add in eggs, one at time, beating after each one. Alternate adding the dry ingredients & milk/banana mixture.

STEP 3: Fold in dark chocolate, reserving a few for the top. Fill the muffin tins almost to the top.

STEP 4: Bake on 425F for 5 minutes, then lower to 350F & bake for another 15-18 minutes. Allow them to cool before removing from the pan.
