Apple crumb cake with a crispy cinnamon streusel and chunks of apples throughout, perfect with a cup of coffee!

STEP 1: Mix all streusel ingredients until it forms crumbs and set it aside. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.

STEP 2: Add eggs and beat until smooth. Add the milk and vanilla and beat. Fold in the flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder just until combined.

STEP 3: Fold in the diced apples and pour the mixture into a prepared 9 inch baking pan. Top with streusel and bake for 45 min at 350F.

STEP 4: Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 30 min and remove. Whisk together the ingredients for the icing and drizzle it right on before serving!
