STEP 1:
For the filling, place peeled and sliced apples in a deep 10" pan. Add lemon, flour, sugar, salt and vanilla and mix.

Add the blackberries and use a fork to gently mix them in so they don’t get smushed.

For the streusel, melt the butter in a separate bowl and add in the flour, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon.

Mix with a fork until the streusel forms pea sized chunks. Spread evenly over the apple mixture.

Bake at 350F for about 45 min. Remove and allow it to rest for 30 min and serve with vanilla ice cream.
